This room is approached by its own staircase and retains many original features. Views from this room extend over the garden onto Cornwall and Kit Hill.
This classic country room offers space for an additional child’s bed to be added if required.

The Blue Room is our twin room, this room can also be made up as a Super King size bed depending on your preference.
This room has double aspect views over the garden and across the fields.
The Peach room and the Blue together make ideal family rooms as they are set apart from the main bedrooms giving parents and children a room each but close to each other.

This room has double aspect views across our Devon fields to the hills of Cornwall.
The Peach room has a power shower which is set over the bath, giving a luxurious option of a relaxing bath after a busy day exploring.

This is a very light and bright room with views over the garden.
Breakfast is served between 8am – 9am daily
(Earlier breakfast can be served on request)
Lounge
Our guests lounge is light and bright with a large bay window which overlooks the garden.
There is a cosy log fire for chilly evenings, a Television with DVD Player, a selection of board games as well as a library of books available to be loaned during your holiday.
Enjoy a tea tray and browse through the many maps and books on our area as you plan your days out.
